Ntjhafatsa Bophelo (Pty) Ltd is a 100% black female-owned and managed company. We are a level 1 BBBEE contributor. We are a youth-focused organisation, dedicated to fostering a generation of empowered individuals with the tools and mindset to achieve their full potential.

Lerato holds a BA Honours Degree in Organisational /Industrial Psychology and an undergraduate BA Degree in Psychology and Marketing from the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits). She has over a decade and a half of experience in the Education sector, both working in higher education and within public and private schools.
Dedicated to empowering and uplifting the next generation, Lerato is a visionary leader with a passion for youth development and personal growth. With a background in psychology and a deep understanding of human behaviour, she founded Nthafatsa Bophelo with the mission of equipping young individuals with the tools and knowledge to navigate life's challenges and realise their full potential.
With a focus on self-awareness and emotional intelligence, Lerato is adept at helping young individuals discover their strengths and overcome limitations to achieve personal success. Through mentorship programs and one-on-one coaching, Lerato offers invaluable support and guidance to young people, empowering them to make informed decisions and achieve their goals.
Lerato seeks to develop strategic partnerships with schools, community organisations, and corporate sponsors to expand the reach and impact of Ntjhafatsa Bophelo, creating sustainable programmes that benefit youth from diverse backgrounds.
